
I had taught aerobics for many years after my children were born. I was determined to stay physically fit. When I became so bored with that I couldn't stand myself, I started weight training. Then I started jogging. Each time I became bored with the workout.
When I started Master Koo's class, I thought "this is going to be pretty easy" after all, I have always been active. Wrong!
Each class produces a new challenge. The stronger you become, the harder the workout. Master Koo's program is designed for each individual. You are your own judge. Your workout is based solely on your determination and your body's ability. The stronger you become, the stronger you want to be. You soon realize things about your body that you didn't before.
Each time you attend class, it's a challenge. You always leave class knowing that you got the best workout possible. My strength, flexibility and endurance have all improved. This is a greater challenge and workout that any aerobic/weight training class has offered.
I talk to newcomers and at first they are skeptic. Within a month, those that are committed are glad they endured.
I have become more coordinated, more flexible and have increased my stamina. I look forward to class after a hard day at work. It relieves stress and clears the mind.
I have gained confidence as well. I have yet to find a better system. I am glad I am a student of Master Koo.
